FaceDouble LLC ("FaceDouble", "we", "us", or "our") respects and takes steps to protect your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and how you can change it. It applies to our corporate website and to our products, including the CelebDouble and SoloTake mobile applications, and any related features such as SMS messaging. Children's use of our products

Our products are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

When you create an account, contact us, or use our products you may provide: account ID, password, email address, mobile phone number, and device information. You may also provide profile details such as first and last name, city/state, date of birth, and gender.

When you use our products we automatically collect: IP address, browser and device identifiers; pages viewed, referral URLs, and session activity; and usage history.

If you upload a photo or record video, we may collect and store that media to power features such as CelebDouble's face matching or SoloTake's editing. Such media is treated as personally identifiable information.

How we use information

To provide and maintain the products you use; deliver updates and confirmations; improve our websites, apps, and messaging; analyze usage trends and measure performance; personalize content and recommendations; send administrative notices; and enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems.

SMS communications

If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number exclusively for product-related SMS. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personally identifiable information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share mobile opt-in data (such as phone numbers or SMS consent) with any third parties.

We may share aggregate, anonymized data that cannot personally identify you. Some features may require sharing limited information with third-party service providers needed to enable them. We may disclose information to comply with court orders, government requests, and other legal processes.

Data retention
